WORLD SUPER<08612> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by World Super
Holdings Limited ("World Super"), the share consolidation of 10 shares
of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in World Super into 1 consolidated share
of HKD0.1 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 26/11/2024. As
from Tuesday, 26/11/2024, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 8612) for trading in the Old Shares:-
