RMH HOLDINGS<08437> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
RMH Holdings Limited ("RMH Holdings"), the share consolidation
of 20 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in RMH Holdings
into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.20 each ("New Shares")
will become effective on 26/11/2024. As from Tuesday, 26/11/2024,
a temporary counter under the following particulars will be
established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original
counter (stock code: 8437) for trading in the Old Shares:-
