MIN FU INTL<08511> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Min Fu International Holding Limited ("Min Fu
International") will cease after the close of business on Thursday,
07/11/2024.   As from the close of business on that day, the counter
for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 8565) of Min Fu
International as represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn
and trading in the shares of Min Fu International will only be under the
following arrangements: -
