SINO-LIFE GROUP<08296> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Sino-Life Group Limited ("Sino-Life Group") will
cease after the close of business on Friday, 15/11/2024.   As from the
close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
consolidated shares (stock code: 8562) of Sino-Life Group as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of
Sino-Life Group will only be under the following arrangements: -
