GRAND OCEAN AR<00065> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Grand Ocean Advanced Resources Company Limited
("Grand Ocean Advanced Resources") will cease after the close of business
on Thursday, 28/11/2024.   As from the close of business on that day, the
counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2996) of
Grand Ocean Advanced Resources as represented by old share certificates
will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Grand Ocean Advanced
Resources will only be under the following arrangements: -
