Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of Reliance Global Holdings Limited ("Reliance
Global Holdings") will cease after the close of business on Thursday,
07/11/2024.  As from the close of business on that day, the counter
for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2989) of Reliance
Global Holdings as represented by old share certificates will be
withdrawn and trading in the shares of Reliance Global Holdings will
