Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of Bonjour Holdings Limited ("Bonjour Holdings")
will cease after the close of business on Thursday, 07/11/2024.
As from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading
in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2988) of Bonjour Holdings as
represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in
the shares of Bonjour Holdings will only be under the following
arrangements: -
