SILKWAVE INC<00471> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of Silkwave Inc ("Silkwave") will cease after
the close of business on Thursday, 14/11/2024.   As from the close
of business on that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated
shares (stock code: 2982) of Silkwave as represented by old share
certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Silkwave
will only be under the following arrangements: -
