According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
China NT Pharma Group Company Limited ("China NT Pharma"),
the share consolidation of 10 shares of USD0.00000008 each
("Old Shares") in China NT Pharma into 1 consolidated share of
USD0.0000008 each ("New Shares") will become effective on
03/07/2024. As from Wednesday, 03/07/2024, a temporary counter
under the following particulars will be established for trading
in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 1011)
for trading in the Old Shares:-
