SUNSHINE<00509> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
Century Sunshine Group Holdings Limited ("Century Sunshine"),
the share consolidation of 40 shares of HKD0.02 each ("Old
Shares") in Century Sunshine into 1 consolidated share of
HKD0.80 each ("New Shares") will become effective on
03/07/2024.  As from Wednesday, 03/07/2024, a temporary
counter under the following particulars will be established
for trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter
(stock code: 509) for trading in the Old Shares:-
