CAPINFO<01075> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Capinfo Company
Limited ("Capinfo"), the share consolidation of 10 H shares of RMB0.10
each ("Old Shares") in Capinfo into 1 consolidated H share of RMB1.00
each ("New Shares") will become effective on 28/06/2024.  As from Friday,
28/06/2024, a temporary counter under the following particulars will be
established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter
(stock code: 1075) for trading in the Old Shares:-
