LABIXIAOXIN<01262> - Share Consolidation

According to the capital reorganisation timetable issued by Labixiaoxin
Snacks Group Limited ("Labixiaoxin Snacks"), the capital reorganisation
which comprises the share consolidation of 10 shares of USD0.05 each
("Old Shares") into 1 consolidated share of USD0.5 each and the capital
reduction of nominal value of the consolidated shares from USD0.5 each
in Labixiaoxin Snacks to USD0.001 each ("New Shares") will become
effective on 20/06/2024. As from Thursday, 20/06/2024, a temporary counter
under the following particulars will be established for trading in the New
Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 1262) for trading in
the Old Shares:-
