CHINA WOOD INT<01822> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by China
Wood International Holding Co., Limited ("China Wood International"),
the share consolidation of 10 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares")
in China Wood International into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.10 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 18/06/2024.  As from Tuesday,
18/06/2024, a temporary counter under the following particulars will
be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original
counter (stock code: 1822) for trading in the Old Shares:-
