PKU RESOURCES<00618> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Peking University Resources (Holdings) Company
Limited ("Peking University Resources") will cease after the close of
business on Thursday, 13/06/2024. As from the close of business on
that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock
code: 2949) of Peking University Resources as represented by old share
certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of
Peking University Resources will only be under the following
arrangements: -
