VIRTUAL MIND<01520> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Virtual Mind
Holding Company Limited ("Virtual Mind"), the share consolidation of
4 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Virtual Mind into 1
consolidated share of HKD0.04 each ("New Shares") will become effective on
20/11/2024.  As from Wednesday, 20/11/2024, a temporary counter under the
following particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to
replace the original counter (stock code: 1520) for trading in the Old
Shares:-
