DRAGON RISE GP<06829> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Dragon Rise
Group Holdings Limited ("Dragon Rise Group"), the share consolidation
of 10 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Dragon Rise Group into
1 consolidated share of HKD0.10 each ("New Shares") will become
effective on 14/11/2024.  As from Thursday, 14/11/2024, a temporary
counter under the following particulars will be established for trading
in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 6829)
for trading in the Old Shares:-
