EV DYNAMICS<00476> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Ev Dynamics
(Holdings) Limited ("Ev Dynamics"), the share consolidation of 5 shares
of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Ev Dynamics into 1 consolidated share
of HKD0.05 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 13/11/2024. As
from Wednesday, 13/11/2024, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 476) for trading in the Old Shares:-
