Market participants are requested to note that the company name of
Cathay Media and Education Group Inc. has been changed to "Cathay Group
Holdings Inc.". Accordingly, the stock short name of its ordinary shares
(stock code: 1981) will also be changed to "CATHAY GP HLDGS" with effect
from Friday, 28/06/2024.
