CHINA SAFTOWER<08623> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
China Saftower International Holding Group Limited
("China Saftower"), the share consolidation of 10 shares
of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in China Saftower into 1
consolidated share of HKD0.1 each ("New Shares") will become
effective on 10/07/2024. As from Wednesday, 10/07/2024, a
temporary counter under the following particulars will be
established for trading in the New Shares to replace the
original counter (stock code: 8623) for trading in the Old
Shares:-
