WINTO GROUP<08238> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Winto Group
(Holdings) Limited ("Winto Group"), the share consolidation of 10 shares
of HKD0.02 each ("Old Shares") in Winto Group into 1 consolidated share
of HKD0.2 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 12/12/2024. As from
Thursday, 12/12/2024, a temporary counter under the following particulars
will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original
counter (stock code: 8238) for trading in the Old Shares:-
