CHINA 33MEDIA<08087> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
China 33 Media Group Limited ("China 33 Media"), the share
consolidation of 4 shares of USD0.001 each ("Old Shares")
in China 33 Media into 1 consolidated share of USD0.004
each ("New Shares") will become effective on 09/12/2024.
As from Monday, 09/12/2024, a temporary counter under the
following particulars will be established for trading in
the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code:
8087) for trading in the Old Shares:-
