FUTIAN HOLDINGS<08196> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Futian Holdings
Limited ("Futian Holdings"), the share consolidation of 10 shares of
HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Futian Holdings into 1 consolidated share
of HKD0.10 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 06/12/2024. As
from Friday, 06/12/2024, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 8196) for trading in the Old Shares:-
