CHAODA MODERN<00682> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Chaoda
Modern Agriculture (Holdings) Limited ("Chaoda Modern"), the
share consolidation of 20 shares of HKD0.10 each ("Old Shares")
in Chaoda Modern into 1 consolidated share of HKD2.00 each ("New
Shares") will become effective on 17/12/2024. As from Tuesday,
17/12/2024, a temporary counter under the following particulars
will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the
original counter (stock code: 682) for trading in the Old Shares:-
