FE HLDGS INTL<00036> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
Far East Holdings International Limited ("Far East Holdings"),
the share consolidation of 10 shares ("Old Shares") in Far
East Holdings into 1 consolidated share ("New Shares") will
become effective on 17/12/2024.  As from Tuesday, 17/12/2024,
a temporary counter under the following particulars will be
established for trading in the New Shares to replace the
original counter (stock code: 36) for trading in the Old Shares:-
