XXF<02473> - Share Subdivision

According to the share subdivision timetable issued by XXF Group
Holdings Limited ("XXF Group"), the share subdivision of HKD0.01 each
("Old Shares") in XXF Group into subdivided shares of one third Hong Kong
cent each ("New Shares") will become effective on 05/12/2024.  As from
Thursday, 05/12/2024, a temporary counter under the following particulars
will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original
counter(stock code: 2473) for trading in the Old Shares:-
