GANGYU SERVICES<00265> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Gangyu Smart
Urban Services Holding Limited ("Gangyu Smart"), the share consolidation
of 50 shares of HKD0.005 each ("Old Shares") in Gangyu Smart into 1
consolidated share of HKD0.25 each ("New Shares") will become effective
on 04/12/2024. As from Wednesday, 04/12/2024, a temporary counter under
the following particulars will be established for trading in the New
Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 265) for trading in
the Old Shares:-
