GOFINTECH INNOV<00290> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Thursday, 04/07/2024, the board lots for trading in
the ordinary shares (stock code: 290) of GoFintech Innovation Limited
("GoFintech Innovation") will be changed from 40,000 shares to 8,000
shares, new share certificate will have the same format and colour as
the existing share certificate.  Accordingly, the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of GoFintech Innovation will commence on Thursday,
04/07/2024 under the following particulars:
