EV DYNAMICS<00476> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Ev Dynamics (Holdings) Limited ("Ev Dynamics") will
cease after the close of business on Tuesday, 17/12/2024. As from the
close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated
shares (stock code: 2908) of Ev Dynamics as represented by old share
certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Ev Dynamics
will only be under the following arrangements: -
