BJ ENERGY INTL<00686> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of Beijing Energy International Holding
Co., Ltd. ("Beijing Energy International") will cease after the close
of business on Thursday, 05/12/2024. As from the close of business
on that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated shares
(stock code: 2902) of Beijing Energy International as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the
shares of Beijing Energy International will only be under the
following arrangements: -
