In these Exchange Listing Rules, references to a document being signed/ executed shall mean a document duly and validly executed or, where the document is signed/ executed by or on behalf of an entity, a document duly and validly executed by or on behalf of that entity under all applicable laws and regulations of its place of incorporation and its constitutional documents.
